Denison Room The Denison Room is located on the East side of the house and features a queen-size four poster bed, fireplace, spacious ensuite bath with jetted clawfoot tub. The room has views over looking the extensive fields and gardens adjoining the house. Tariff: $119-149 (Sun-Thurs), $147-$195 (Fri/Sat.) Multiple night discounts available.
Noyes Room The Noyes Room is located on the Southeast side of the house and can be made up as either two twin beds or one king bed. There is a private bath adjacent to the room with a tub/shower combination. Guests are permitted to have their small (under 40 pound) pets accompany them in this room (by advance arrangement, and subject to a $25 fee.) Tariff: $99-129 (Sun-Thurs), $135-165 (Fri/Sat) Multiple night discounts available.
Russell Suite The Russell Suite was originally a dance hall when Colonel Russell operated his tavern in the house. It features what was once a "raisable" wall which expanded the space for larger dances. Currently, the room is configured as a two room suite with ensuite jetted clawfoot bath and fireplace. The four poster queen-size bed is located in the front room and the back room is arranged as a sitting area and can accommodate one child (extra charge applies). The historic Road Church can be seen from the windows as well as the front gardens. Tariff: $119-149 (Sun-Thurs), $147-$195 (Fri/Sat.) Multiple night discounts available.

• Breakfast: Coffee, tea, hot chocolate and rolls are available every day beginning at 7:00 a.m. A Five Course Breakfast is served in the dining room or on the patio between 8:00 and 9:30 a.m. Monday through Saturday. On Sundays, breakfast is served at 8:00 or 8:30 a.m. or as a self-serve buffet from 9:30-11:30 a.m
• Check-in Time: 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. or by arrangement.
• Check-out Time: 11:00 a.m. Monday through Saturday, 1:00 p.m. on Sunday
• Deposit: A deposit equal to one night stay or 50% of the total for visits of more than 3 nights is needed to confirm your reservation. Deposit may be charged to the credit card of your choice or, if time permits, you may send a check.
• Payment Types: we accept Visa/Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diners Club. Travelers’ checks and personal checks are also welcome.
• Cancellation Policy:Because of our intimate size, cancellations affect us significantly. Therefore we uphold a strict cancellation policy:
  Reservation changes (date or room): $25
  Cancellation more than 7 days in advance of arrival: $50/room
  Cancellation from 7 to 2 days prior to arrival: 50% of total charge unless we're able to fully rebook your reservation
  Cancellation 1 day prior or less: 100% of total charge
  If circumstances require you to cancel, you may wish to ask a friend or family member to take over your reservation.
  Travel insurance is available through Travel Guard International, www.travelguard.com
• Children: kids over 8 years old are welcome. One child can be accommodated in the Russell Suite in addition to the usual two adults or children may stay in their own room if they are old enough to do so.
• Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the covered porch and on the grounds. No smoking is allowed inside the inn and a $400 cleaning fee will be charged to any guest who violates the smoking policy.
• Room Tax: 12% room tax applies to all room charges.
• We pay a 10% commission to travel agents.
