Room 1 – Madison Getaway - Our first floor deluxe suite has an inviting fireplace, a large two person Jacuzzi with rain shower, and queen size bed. Look out the front window and have a wonderful view of the charming village of Madison. From the back windows, there is an ever changing vista of the gardens and gazebo.

Room 2 – Seaside Garden - The Seaside Garden Room offers a vantage point from the second floor to look down upon the town and Main Street. It’s soothing colors promises a restful evening in a queen size bed. The bathroom offers both tub and shower conveniences.

Room 3 – Long Island Mist - A whimsically decorated chamber with a queen size bed. Enjoy the comforts of home along with the enchantment of a cozy getaway.

Room 4 – Sunlight Serenade - This room will surround you with the warm colors of the earth and sun. The thickly mattressed queen size bed will lull you into sun-kissed dreams.

Room 5 – Ocean Dreams - Unwind after a day at the beach or shopping in nearby boutiques in the large bathroom with Jacuzzi and rain shower. Dream your ocean dreams in the queen size bed covered in the ocean colors of green and blue.

Room 6 – Sereno’s Retreat - This room is named after the homestead’s original owner, Sereno H. Scranton. Tucked away in the rear of the home, it is a bright and sunny gem of a room.

Room 7 – Town View Suite - What a rare treat to delight in a large and roomy space all to yourself in a quaint historical home. Be surrounded by five sunny windows that offer a panoramic view from so many different vantage points. Relax in the Jacuzzi and be soothed by the gentle rain shower and slumber in a queen size bed.

*Policies...* Rates do not include 12% Connecticut room tax. Rooms accommodate maximum of two guests. We welcome children 12 and older. Reservations can be held by check or credit card for full amount of nights reserved. A refund, minus 10% cancellation fee, given for cancellations prior to 14 days. After 14 days, refunds based upon the rental of the room. Check-in: 3:00 - 6:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am. Pets not permitted on the premises. We provide a smoke free environment. Corporate rates available.
