Moonlit Suite - This very private 3rd floor suite has it's own sitting area with an inviting brick fireplace and satellite TV. A mission style bedroom set with a queen size bed, and a double sleigh bed, nestled in it's own alcove, seem to have been meant for this cozy 3 room suite, with it's peaks and ceilings. Soaking in the double Jacuzzi whirlpool tub, looking over the treetops, will put you in a state of total relaxation. This romantic room is meant for those who require space and total privacy. $225

Champagne and Roses - This romantic room has a fireplace with a fireside wingback chair and loveseat to add to the mood. Pale pinks and green enhance a beautifully carved 4 poster mahogany queen size bed and matching amoire. This spacious room offers leafy vistas from it's many windows and a private balcony, nestled in the treetops. In addition to a shower, the bathroom provides a Japanese steeping tub, the perfect setting for a luxurious soak. $210

Willow - This room offers a queen-size white iron and brass bed, with wicker furniture offsetting the willow green trim paint. This first floor room also offers a private porch at the rear of the house, surrounded by trees, for a wonderful cabin in the woods feeling. $160

Zelda's - A two-room suite whose decor is delightfully Gatsby. Deep greens compliment the brass queen size bed. In your adjoining private sitting room is an antique brass day bed, which provides a twin bed. This second floor room hosts a feeling of wonderful Victorian opulence. $160

Hearts and Flowers - Puritan grey trim, with touches of rose, compliment an amoire and two rose wing back chairs, which sit at the foot of the 4 poster bed. The beautiful stained glass window in the bathroom echoes the room's decor with rose hearts in a field of blue. $160

Quilt - Mahogany furnishings culminate in two elegant mahogany four-poster double beds. Matching quilts adorn this second floor room. $160

Smithfield - A festive red, white, and blue quilt on a high converted rope double bed sparks a touch of American country. This room houses a wonderful collection of bird stenciling which repeats itself in the bathroom's border print, which also boasts a window of stained glass. $135

Havlow - This room combines beautiful wallpaper by Raymond Waites with a fabulous collection of cottage country pine to create a mood of casual elegance. The painted panels inset into the headboard of the queen size bed are echoed in the delicate floral stenciling gracing each corner of the room. Your private bathroom with a tiled shower is just down a small hall outside the room. Fluffy robes are provided upon request. $120

Lodging Information:

• All rates are for single or double occupancy and include full country breakfast
• Add 12% Connecticut lodging tax.
• A one-day full deposit is required to reserve your room, or you may reserve with a credit card number.
• A two-night stay is required on HOLIDAY WEEKENDS.
• If you must cancel, kindly do so promptly. If cancellation is not received 7 days prior to your stay you will incur one night's charge. If we are able to rebook your room your deposit will be returned to you less a $25.00 service fee charged to all cancellations.
• Additional occupancy is charged $25.00 per person per night.
• The preferred check-in is a between 3:00 and 6:00 p.m. Late arrivals can easily be accommodated with prior notice. Guests are requested to vacate their rooms by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure.
• This is a NON SMOKING inn and ask that you use only the porches or the grounds for smoking.
• For the comfort of our guests we do not accept reservations for children under 12.
• Felix, the inn cat, would prefer that you do not bring pets, since this would infringe on his territory, which is the common areas and grounds.
