Guest Rooms/Rates

Situated on over three acres of scenic hillside, your privacy and comfort are our first priority. Our Gilded Age Victorian Inn offers large, uniquely decorated guestrooms, each one lovingly and individually restored with antique beds and other delightful period pieces. Or, you may prefer our Guest House with two bedrooms, a fireplace and your own private kitchen and dining area.

Note: The rooms in our Inn feature wireless high speed Internet access.
We do not offer television or radio in the rooms, however.

Room 2

This romantic corner room, in regal tones of red, ivory and gold, features an antique four-poster bed, Victorian fainting couch and private bath with shower.

Room 3

features include 2 antique mahogany twin beds, with enough room to accommodate a third if needed, period funiture, original transom window and private bath with shower.

Bright and sunny, Room 4 opens onto your private, spacious sleeping porch - the perfect spot to enjoy conversation, a good book, or just take in the view. An antique mahogany bed and private bath with shower and tub complete the picture.

Room 5

One of the largest rooms in the house, Room 5 is tucked away in the back of the Inn. Enjoy the soothing tones of pink, gold and black in features including a queen-sized bed, an English mirrored armoire and a Victorian loveseat with sunny views and a private bath with shower and tub.

Room 6

This large corner room decorated in soft tones of blue and ivory features an antique four-poster bed and the home's original bathroom. An over-sized Victorian sink, original tiles and fixtures and an authentic claw-footed tub await the period enthusiast.

Room 7

Cheery and bright, this suite showcases a country-style Victorian feeling with its dressing area, authentic period bed, dresser and private bath.

Rates and Policies
  • 2007 In Season Rates are: $125 - $345. Our 2007 Serenity Season rates starting 11/1/07 are: $115 - $285.*
  • Rates are per night, based upon double occupancy and include breakfast.
  • Add $25 for each extra person or child over 12 sharing room.
  • Rates are subject to a 12% occupancy tax.
  • Seasonal surcharges may apply.
  • Two-night minimum stay required during holiday weekends, fall foliage and on group bookings.
  • *Special off-season rates are available: November - April, excluding Holiday Weekends.
  • 50% deposit or one night is required within 7 days of confirmation.
  • 30 day advance notice of cancellation will apply to avoid penalty.
  • Check-in: 3 - 8 p.m. (Or by prior arrangement); Check-out: 11 a.m.
  • To ensure your privacy, incoming telephone messages for guests are delivered until 6 P.M.
  • Evening messages are delivered the following morning, except in the case of an emergency.
