Lilacs bloom year 'round in this suite with a queen-size sleigh bed, built-in bookcases, and a love seat. Includes a private, wood paneled study with roll-top writing desk and 1950's maple platform rocker.

The Iris Room...
Wallpaper of purple irises and woodwork tinted in refreshing lavender are a serene setting for the room's full-sized chestnut bed and matching desk. Furnishings date to 1933. The Tulip Room...
The innkeeper's favorite retreat. Pineapple-poster twin beds, sunny yellow and sky blue wallpaper of tulips and spring flowers. Reading nook, overstuffed recliner. Fireplace ornamented with horse brasses from Wales. Private bathroom with shower and bathtub, working fireplace, air conditioning, a clock radio and desk, electric blanket, walk-in cedar closet and cable TV/VCR.
$95, single or double occupancy, plus CT tax.

We are flexible on these times and will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Smoking:
For our continued good health and yours, and for the preservation of this historic property, smoking is not permitted inside THE INN.
Smoking is permitted outdoors, and only in the designated area of the west courtyard.
Children:
For the privacy and relaxation of our guests, children 13 years of age and over are welcome.
Pets:
Sorry, no pets. We have our own family house cat.
Reservation/Deposit:
Call us 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. to secure your reservation.
A deposit amount of one night's stay for visits up to 3 nights.
One-half the total is required for longer visits.
Full payment is due at the time of check-out.
We accept personal checks, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, traveler's checks, and cash.
No minimum stay required.
Cancellations:
Full refund of deposit, less a $25 service charge, if reservation is cancelled 14 or more days prior to arrival date.
If the reservation is cancelled less than 14 days in advance, we will refund the full deposit, less $25 service charge, if we can rebook the room for the dates reserved.
