The Lily Pad is a classic style French Colonial with a mansard roof. Built in 1820, the home maintains some of its original period ornamentation while offering today's modern conveniences. The front entrance features a rose walk and an English Garden. Located on the Wepawaug River, you can enjoy nature from the gazebo or lawn swing in the yard. If you prefer, take a short walk to scenic waterfalls, visit a historic 1639 cemetery, or stroll through historic downtown Milford. |

This is a smoke free environment and all guest rooms are kept scent free. Guest rooms are decorated with a Victorian flair and hat collections enhance the décor. WiFi is now available. The charming Blue Room with its mahogany furnishings, queen bed and separate TV/sitting area is delightful. The White Room boasts a queen size brass bed complete with elegant Irish linens. The cozy Honey Room embraces a queen bed and sitting area. |
The Victorian theme extends to the baths.
The Blue Room bathroom has cedar lined walls, a claw foot tub, a bottle collection and a shower.
The bath for The Doll's Room has a whirlpool tub.
The Honey Room has a bath with an oversize shower.
The Sailors Room has 2 twin beds and the Dolls Room has a king bed.
The Lily Pad provides the conveniences of home including a hair dryer, iron, central air conditioning, ceiling fans in each guest room and a telephone hookup as requested.
