This charming, 1920's center hall Colonial is located at the edge of the Yale campus, only a few minutes from museums, art galleries, theaters, fine restaurants, authentic Irish Pubs, and New Haven's commercial center.

A three course breakfast is served each morning Full breakfast and refreshments (evening and on arrival) are included in room rates. |
 Living Room A spacious living room with fireplace and library provides a comfortable setting where guests may socialize, listen to music or curl up with a good book in front of the fire. In warmer weather, guests can relax in our beautifully landscaped yard and gardens. |
 Guest Room |
There are three spacious guest rooms, each appointed with period furniture. Each has a private bath, ceiling fan, air-conditioning, PC hook-up and access to a guest phone. Fax and copy capabilities are also available. Off-street parking is available and the Yale and city buses stop out front. |

H O S T S |
Jeannine and Michael became enchanted with B&B's during trips to Ireland. Jeannine is an Irish set dancer and gourmet cook; Michael is an Irish tenor with a recently recorded album called Soldiers' Songs. Jeannine is a retired programmer/data analyst; he a retired public relations executive. They have two children Michele and Sean and grandchildren Connor and Mary Kate McGuire. Sean, a physical therapist, is their son in residence. Smokey, who is not allowed in the guestrooms, is their cat in residence. English is spoken |
