Stafford Springs, Connecticut Bed and Breakfast: A historical home built in 1778 as a Salt Box and Colonial Brick structure. Full of American History in a town known for its Mineral Springs that drew American Presidents to town. It was one of the first resorts in our country where Washington's general stayed in 1824. The B&B contains 2 rooms and a suite. Stafford Motor Speedway is one of the nearby attractions.

Brimfield Antique Show: packed large continental breakfast

Gourmet Pancakes: Cinnamon Pumpkin Raisin; Apple Cinnamon Raisin; Banana Cream with Almonds.

Gourmet Butters: Orange Butter; Cranberry Butter; Honey Butter and Maple Nut Butter.

Hot Meals: Cinnamon French Toast, Blueberry Stuffed French Toast, Cranberry Almond Stuffed French Toast.

Baked Goods: Cranberry nut bread, Carrot Tea bread, Muffins of all sorts. These are just sample of what the innkeeper serves to end off with hot mulled cider, gourmet cocoas, gourmet coffees, juice, milk, and teas.

The Breakfast Room The Breakfast Room - Where guest enjoy learning about the history of this room and all the furnishings. From the circa 1720 church pew, to all the antique pottery and such.
