All of our guest rooms offer private bath, water views, cable tv, CD player, paddle fans and air conditioning. Most have queen bed, some have two beds. Policies:

• Check In: 3:00 pm ~ 7 pm
• Check Out: 11:00 am
• Classic breakfast buffet is served 8 am ~ 9:30 am.
• Early breakfast is available for business travelers.
• All room rates are based on double occupancy and include a classic breakfast buffet.
• $25 for each additional person
• All rates are subject to CT 12% Occupancy tax.
• A deposit of one night stay or 50% of your total stay is required at time of reservation. The balance will be due upon arrival, at check-in.
• We accept Visa/MC/AMEX, Travelers Cheques and Cash. Personal checks accepted for advance deposits only.
• In the event a reservation is cancelled 10 days or more in advance of the Arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, less a $25 processing fee. If a reservation is cancelled within 10 days of the Arrival date, deposits will be refunded provided the room is rebooked for all nights reserved, and is subject to the above processing fee. There is a $25 processing fee for changed reservations.
• We generally require a two night minimum stay on most weekends, while Holiday weekends usually require a 3 night minimum stay. Please call the Innkeepers to discuss one night stays on weekends.
• AAA, Corporate and Government rates are offered. Contact the Inn for details.
• Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets at the Inn.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the Inn.
