THIRD FLOOR ROOMS:

Room A - This lovely blue and white twin bedroom comes with full breakfast, however it has no air conditioning and no TV. Shared bath. Rates are $59-79 a night plus 12% tax. May be rented for $350 a week or $1000 a month with shared kitchen.

Room B - Decorated with sage green and maroon, this twin bedroom has air conditioning and a TV/DVD with a full breakfast included. Rates are $59-79 a night plus 12% tax. May be rented for $350 a week or $900 a month with shared kitchen.

Room C - This oversized room has a double bed, many bookcases, large desk, sofa, TV/VCR, dining table and chairs. No air conditioning. Shared bathroom. Rates for two people are $89-99 a night plus 12% tax. Full breakfast included. May be rented for $400 a week or $1200 a month with shared kitchen.

Room D - Small twin bedroom with shared bath. Rates are $59-69 a night plus 12% tax with full breakfast. May be rented for $350 a week or $1000 a month with shared kitchen.
