• Cancellation Policy:
  • A deposit is required equal to one night's lodging, or 50% for days exceeding 2 days, refundable less a $25 processing fee per room when given at least 14 days notice of cancellation.
  • If less than 14 days is given, the deposit may be applied toward another visit within 6 months.
  • If less than 48 hours is given then the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Deposits for all holidays are non refundable, including but not limited to: New Year's, Valentine's Day Weekend, and Memorial Week.
  • July 4th Week, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving Weekend, and Christmas Weekend.
• Usually over weekends there are minimum stay requirements and over predominate holidays. Please call for further details.
• There is NO SMOKING allowed in any of the rooms or buildings. You are allowed to smoke outdoors and on balconies.
• No one under the age of 16 is permitted at the Inn at any time.
