Historic Poquetanuck Village 

As you enter Historic Poquetanuck Village there is a cove leading out to the sea. This is the cove where Captain Grant set sail for Honduras laden with grist to be traded for Mahogany. Poquetanuck Cove is one of the many scenes that make this area so beautiful. It is a National protected area due to rare bird species. Canoes are allowed on the cove. Poquetanuck Cove
