Lisbon is located on Route 169 in Conneticut in the New England Country. The Lisbon Fall Festival hosts, among other things, an art show and road race. The oldest known free-standing stone arch bridge, the Mill Brook Bridge, is located near the junction of Blissville Road and Mill Brook Road. The John Bishop Museum was constructed in 1810 and contained machine cut and headed nails, butt hinged doors and seven chimneys. The Historic Society offers tours of the John Bishop Museum during special events. The esteemed King Wah Chinese restaurant is highly recommended by locals and offers many traditional Chinese dishes such as shrimp, egg rolls, and sesame chicken. Another local favorite is the Green Onion Pizza restaurant which serves wines, beer, pizza, calzones, seafood, and almost anything else you can think of. It is a crowd pleaser for everyone.
