Willowtail Springs Offers Two Seasons for Small Weddings
October 15 - April 15
We can accommodate lodging for 8 people including the bride and groom, who have a separate cabin. A two-night minimum stay is required for both the Lakehouse and Bungalow.
The wedding can be held in the elegant Lakehouse or outside in the gardens if the weather permits.
A reception or a "sit down" buffet meal for up to 8 people including bride and groom can be held in the Lakehouse or outside in the gardens.
A rehearsal dinner for up to 8 people including bride and groom can also be held here.
April 16 - October 14
We can accommodate lodging for up to 12 people including the bride and groom, who have a separate cabin. A three night minimum stay for all three cabins is required.
The wedding can be held in the elegant Lakehouse or outside in the gardens if the weather permits.
A reception or a "sit down" buffet meal for up to 12 people can be held in the Lakehouse or outside in the gardens.
A rehearsal dinner for up to 12 people can also be held here.
Pricing for Elopements:
We do not charge a site fee for Elopements.
You pay only your lodging and add whatever amenities you want.
Please remember when scheduling for both Elopements and small Weddings:
Please remember when scheduling your ceremony at Willowtail Springs that you must pick up your license at a Court House in Colorado during their open hours [usually 9 AM - 5 PM Monday through Friday].
You must drop off the license after the ceremony on a weekday also.
You may not know that you have several options for an Officiate for your ceremony in Colorado:
You can marry each other with or without witnesses.
You can have a minister come to Willowtail Springs.
You can have someone else marry you.

There is no two day rate for this time period!
The following price includes lodging for up to 12 people in all three of our cabins [including either the Bungalow or the Garden Cottage for the bride and groom] for 3 nights. This price also includes use of house and grounds for ceremony and reception for up to 12 people, site fee and tax.
