A majestic country manor, the Tudor Rose Bed and Breakfast provides Salida, Colorado lodging on a stunning mountain estate. The inn resides proudly atop a ridge and is surrounded by 37 acres of Pinon pines. Bordered by three mountain ranges, which offer commanding 360 degree views of the Colorado Rocky Mountains by day and a sky full of stars at night, the B&B offers six distinctive guest rooms and newly opened luxury style Chalets with the tranquility and seclusion of the mountains. Yet guests still enjoy easy access to downtown Salida, only 1 1/2 miles away, making the Tudor Rose an inviting alternative to typical hotel lodging. Constructed in 1979 as an exclusive private estate, this 4700 square foot dwelling was converted to a bed and breakfast in early 1995.

Overly large guestrooms and spacious common areas grace the B&B interior while wildlife, native landscape and a hiking trail enrich the surrounding grounds. Traveling with your horse? We offer horse stabling and have stalls, paddocks and pastures available for horses of our overnight guests. Our expansive deck with hot tub allows lodging guests to savor the views of the Mosquito Mountain range and Arkansas River Canyon, and enjoy watching the many types of birds that grace the area including our hummingbirds - then soak their weary bones under a black sky full of stars.

We have many Colorado travel Specials and Packages, available both seasonally and year-round, that offer a good discount to our regular rates. Our seasonal bed and breakfast packages include great ways to enjoy the many activities in the area such as Whitewater Rafting, Skiing, Horseback Riding, Fishing, Snowmobiling and 4-Wheeling. Some specials focus on romance such as our Valentine’s Day Package. And of course, there is always our ever-popular Sweetheart package that is available year-round. We can also add balloons, flowers or a bottle of chilled bubbly to any of our rooms, just let us know. Check our website for more specials. |

| Our Colorado accommodations include six distinctive guestrooms offered on the upper and lower levels of the inn. All have private baths, are large, unique and have bath amenities and luxurious robes for guest use. All rooms have phones and some have TVs, VCR's, CD players and mini-fridges. The upper level rooms all have magnificent mountain views, and they open to a landing that overlooks the grand curved oak staircase and the 2 1/2 story foyer with waterfall. |
