Sawatch Vistas in historic and scenic Buena Vista, Colorado was built as a "bed and breakfast mountain get-a-way". This southwestern style B & B has five bedrooms named Kokopelli Room, Bear Room, Wolf Room, Texas Room and Hawaii Room . Each room boasts a mountain view and a private bath.

• Room rates range from $120 - $160 per night Memorial Day through Labor Day
  
• A 50% prepayment is required at time of booking. Reservations immediately guaranteed by credit card (Visa or Master Card).
  Personal checks and traveler's checks are accepted. Reservations are held one week pending receipt of deposit.
  
• All cancellations pay a $15 cancellation fee. If cancellation is 2 weeks prior to arrival date deposit less the $15 fee is refunded.
  If within 2 weeks deposit is forfeited unless the room is rebooked.
  
• Children over 5 welcome
  
• No smoking or pets allowed
