The Ruby of Crested Butte

We pamper pups of all breeds and all sizes. (We do not, however, permit dogs who are aggressive toward our other pet and people guests.) For the comfort of all our guests, we only allow 2 dogs per guest room and we do not allow dogs to be on any furniture within The Ruby.

For the safety and health of our pet guests, we require all dogs who stay with us at The Ruby be at least 12 weeks old and in good health. Prior to checking in, we require verification from your veterinarian that indicates our four-legged guest is current with the required vaccinations, including DHLLP, bordatella, and rabies vaccinations. (Please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in getting this information to us.)

For their comfort, we do not permit dog guests to be left alone in their guest room unless they are in a crate and crate trained. Being in a strange environment can be extremely stressful, therefore, we encourage you to bring your own crate or we can provide a crate for you. Since your pup is on vacation and wants to have fun too, we do not permit our pet guests to be left in a crate for more than two hours at a time.
