The Cottage

The Cottage, built in 1938, has an upstairs and a downstairs, and will sleep up to 6 people. Upstairs is a combined bedroom/sitting room which has a queen bed, queen sofa bed, electric fireplace, and Cable TV/VCR. Downstairs is a kitchenette, dining area, day bed which opens to 2 twins, and a bathroom with a shower stall. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, and toaster. Linens, sheets, towels, kitchen and cooking utensils are provided; NO housekeeping services or meals are provided.

RATES:
High Season & Holiday Rates (May - October with 4 night minimum*): $130 per night.
Low Season Rates (October - May, holidays excluded, with 2 night minimum): $100 per night.
Low Season Monthly Rental Rate: $1,500.
*Only exceptions are if there's less than 4 nights available in between other bookings
