*Wilderness 1 bedroom option - The upper floor, which has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, are closed off. Available during the off-season only for two people max.

- Entire lodge rental includes all four-guest suites, use of the entire guest portion of the lodge and grounds, and the limited kitchen area in the bar area. Breakfast is not included in the entire lodge rental, however breakfast is available for an additional fee. Entire lodge rate is for overnight guests only.

- Off Peak Season - October 16, 2006- May 14, 2007, except holidays

- Occupancy based on 2 people per room in guest suites, 4 people in two bedroom cabins, 6 people in three bedroom cabins.
- Additional guests - Cost is $15/each/night.
- Deposits
- A 25% deposit or a minimum of one night deposit is required at the time the reservation is made. Deposit is payable by credit card (MasterCard or Visa) or by check (must be received within 7 days to hold reservation).
- Balance is due at check in (no personal checks accepted at check in).
- A 50% non-refundable deposit of the total rental cost is required upon booking to secure an entire Lodge/Property Rental.
- Deposit amount is payable by credit card (Master Card or Visa) or by check (must be received within 7 days to hold reservation).
- Remaining balance must be secured with a credit card and is due 30 days prior to arrival either by credit card or by check.
- Cancellation Policy for Cabin and Guest Suites
- Cancellations made 30 days or more in advance - $50
- Cancellations made 15 days to 29 days in advance - Deposit Forfeited (effective 2/15/07)
- Cancellations made 5-14 days in advance - 50% of entire stay
- Cancellations made 0-4 days in advance and no shows - 100% of entire stay
- Sorry, no refunds for early departures
- Entire Lodge/Property Rental Cancellation
- 50% deposit is non-refundable.
- Within 30 days of arrival a full-stay charge will be incurred
- Full-stay charge is non-refundable unless we are able to rebook, at which time monies will be refunded according to rooms rented, less a $100 service fee.
- No smoking inside any of the facilities. Smoking is permitted outside with extreme care depending on wild land fire conditions. Smoking outside allowed if all windows and doors are closed.
- No pets allowed in any of the cabins or guest areas.
- Check in time is 4 PM and check out time is 10 AM. No exceptions unless prior arrangements have been made.
- No candles or incense allowed in any of the guest rooms or cabins.
