More room for comfort and privacy to guests. Extra room to hang out and view TV, read, or meditate in your own space even if others are sleeping.

One cottage (Hearts Out West) is perfect for two people. Kitchen, living room, separate bedroom and large bath with jetted oversize tub. Outside patio with table and chairs.

Larger cottage (Cottage on the Knob) can accommodate up to 6 (with small children). Two floors; a front porch and 2nd floor balcony for added fresh air extra space! King bed, queen, & twins. Full kitchen, living room, large bath with oversized corner jetted tub.

You can hike from the cottage, shop and dine, visit all local attractions, and, of course, just hang out and view the awesome Peak!

Summer weekly rates from $700 to $1,000 (plus tax). Minimum stays 3 days; But your "legs" will want to stay the week!

College Students and Parents Welcome
May's graduation month is hectic, don't be caught in a noisy crowed hotel room when you can be comfy and cozy in a home-like atmosphere.

15% Discounts will apply with a 4-7 day reservation period to encourage you to linger a little longer in Beautiful Colorado.

Fifteen percent discount will be applied to thank you for your longer stay so you can rest and recoup after the exciting graduation events your student and you will patricipate in!

Come early or leave late the discount will be given. (No other discounts apply.) Must mention when reserving only.
