Cut croissants in four pieces and divide among small ramekins. Mix
egg and chocolate milk. Pour over croissant and can refrigerate
overnight or bake immediately. Grated chocolate may be added
prior to baking as well.
When cooled I add whipped cream, fresh strawberry or raspberry
"fans" and cover with chocolate curls or grated chocolate. I serve
in smaller portions as a side dish to my breakfast. This would be
a great main entree or a wonderful easy dessert.
