With 23 pinion covered acres, you're less than a mile from town, but you'll think you're miles from nowhere. The lodge sits right on the banks of the Arkansas River with over one-third mile of virtually exclusive river frontage. Watch out your window or from one of the decks as rafters and kayakers cruise by with a 'holler', or launch your own boat right above 'House Rock'

Fishing Specials
Catch the big ones by boat at Spinney Mountain Reservoir or Antero Reservoir. Whether flies or lures are your favorite, some of the biggest trout and pike in the state can be caught at these beautiful South Park reservoirs. A half day guided trip to Antero is $250 for 1 person or $300 for 2. A full day to either is $275 for 1 and $350 for 2. Add $50 for 3rd Angler. Book your trip now to Walk 'n Wade the Arkansas River or other waters with a professional guide and watch the Browns 'rise to your flies'. A half day trip for 1 is $190 and for 2, $260. All day is $275 and $355 for 2. 3 Anglers is $350 and $445.

Flat water boat trips are done on Spinney Mtn. Res., Eleven mile Res., or Antero Res. Two fishermen and the guide is the max. A flat water boat trip is also the ideal way to learn fly casting since you are not having to deal with moving water.

Float Fish the Arkansas River in a guided raft set up for fly or spin fishing. All day is $268 and a half day is $188 (per 2 anglers). Carl's pick is the 1/2 day 5 PM departure landing at twilight at Hecla Junction. Taxes and user fees extra.
