Things to Do...
Chaffee County is home of more 14,000-foot mountains (14'ers) than any other place in North America. The unique geography treats the valley to relatively cool, sunny summer days and mild winter sun-drenched afternoons.

Rafting/kayaking the Arkansas is a major attraction with the trip down Brown's Canyon the most popular in the country. Hiking, visiting ghost towns, fishing and four-wheeling are also reasons to visit. You can hike to the top of a "14'er" in a day without any technical climbing. Mountain biking is very popular, or you can just "take it easy" on one of our decks.

Guest Information...
All rooms have attached private baths, some have Jacuzzis and lofts for the kids. Prices include a full mountain breakfast and a "snack sack" to go with noon munchies. Also, check-in treats and one evening beverage from our wet bar are included.

Children 5 and over. The lodge may not be safe for kids under 5.

Pets are not allowed unless our two Labs approve in advance.

Smoking is allowed on the decks only.

Deposit of 50% of the total stay or first night's stay (whichever is greater) is required.

Checks, MasterCard and Visa accepted.

Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are subject to loss of deposit if room cannot be rebooked.

Cancellations made 15 days or more from arrival date will be refunded. All cancellations subject to $15 cancellation fee.
