1949 Country French home situated on almost a half-acre, just 2 blocks from City Park & City Park Nine Golf Course.

 Fort Collins, Colorado (CO) Bed & Breakfast: Our bedrooms feature a harmonious balance between new and antique furniture with modern, Shabby Chic decor. We have two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own unique, private bathroom. Our gourmet breakfasts include fresh fruit juices and baked goods, and our own Inn at City Park Coffee.

  • The Inn at City Park is a non-smoking bed and breakfast.
  • Check-in: 4 - 7 p.m. Please call if a later check-in time is needed.
  • Check-out: 11 a.m.
  • Room rates are for one or two people without applicable taxes.
  • Additional guests are an additional $25 per guest, per night.
  • The Inn at City Park warmly welcomes younger guests ten years and older.
  • No pets.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice and may vary according to availability, special events, and holidays.
  • Rates include a healthy, gourmet breakfast served in the dining room or at one of three patios (weather permitting).
  • Wine & cheese are served from 5:30 p.m. until 7 p.m. nightly in the dining room.
  • Payment is required to confirm a reservation.
  • Major credit cards and travelers checks may be used for payments.
  • Major credit cards may be used to guarantee payment for reservations made less than 14 days prior to arrival.
  • If you cancel or change your reservation by 6 p.m. seven days prior to your arrival date, there will be no charge.
  • Otherwise, you will be charged for each night of your reservation which is not resold.
  • Rooms have private phones; there is no charge for local, toll-free, and domestic long-distance calls.
  • Outgoing FAX is available to guests at $1 per page in the USA, $5 for the first international page and $1 per
    page thereafter. There is no charge for incoming messages.
  • The Inn does not charge for parking.
  • There is off-street parking directly north of the Inn.
