Built in 1949, the Inn at City Park was one of the original two bedroom bungalows in the City park neighborhood of Old Town Fort Collins, north of Bryan Avenue. Situated on what was once a nursery, the inn is a country French home designed to meet your every need. We are nestled in a close-knit, family neighborhood, on the most highly coveted residential street in old-town Fort Collins: West Mountain Avenue intersects with Frey, the only unpaved road left in the city. Our bedrooms feature a harmonious balance between new and antique furniture with modern, Shabby Chic décor. We have two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the second floor. Each bedroom has its own unique, private bathroom. Our master suite features a king size bed with a claw-foot slipper tub. With solid maple and oak floors, 500 thread-count sateen linens and plush 800 gram Egyptian cotton towels, we have provided amenities to make sure your visit with us is unlike any other. |

Watch the trolley car roll by as you eat breakfast in our sunny dining room or on one of our two patios overlooking the gardens. Our gourmet breakfasts include fresh fruit juices and baked goods, and our own Inn at City Park Coffee roasted by local barrista, Java by Jackie. Favorites of our guests include Apple Apricot Walnut Bread, Spinach and Gruyere Omelet, and Stuffed Blueberry Pancakes. Situated on almost a half-acre, there are many areas to sit and enjoy, including our koi pond with a waterfall. You can even lounge in one of our hammocks under our 65-year-old apple trees. At night we have hors d'oeuvres featuring Colorado wines and cheeses, as well as an outdoor fire pit to enjoy Colorado nights (weather permitting, of course). |

We are just two blocks from City Park and City Park Nine Golf Course with the Fort Collins Trolley Car house across the street. The Old Town restaurant and shopping district, as well as the Colorado State University Campus and Fort Collins renowned microbreweries are located within minutes from the Inn at City Park. Concierge assistance is available for arranging area tours, horse-drawn carriage rides to dinner, restaurant reservations, and recommendations for other Colorado inns. We are more than happy to help you plan your stay in Fort Collins.
