• Reservations can be made by phone, fax or email.
• Your reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt of deposit.
• In order to confirm your reservation, we require a deposit equal to one night or fifty percent of the charge for your total visit (whichever is greater).
• All balances are due in full at check-in.
• We accept cash, personal checks or traveler's checks.
• Sorry, we do not accept credit cards.
• If you need to cancel your reservation, we must receive notification of cancellation 14 days prior to your arrival date.
• There is a $15 service fee on all cancellations.
• If we receive notification of your cancellation more than 14 days in advance, your deposit minus the cancellation fee will be refunded.
• No refund will be given if notification is received less than 14 days prior to your arrival date unless the room is rebooked.
• We are unable to accommodate pets, except for your horses.
• We have two resident cats and a dog that pretty much think they have exclusive rights to the house.
• No smoking is permitted in the house or the barns.
