H2 Ranch Bed & Breakfast & Horse Motel - Colorado Springs, Colorado H2 Ranch Bed & Breakfast and Horse Motel is located on 40 acres just 11 miles north of Colorado Springs and 47 miles south of Denver. Relax on the deck and savor the beautiful view of Pikes Peak and unbelievable Colorado sunsets or enjoy the spacious living room with its vaulted ceiling and handcrafted staircase. After a long day, you can retire to the comforts of one of our two uniquely decorated bedrooms with adjacent bathroom.

A hot gourmet breakfast is served every morning, along with snacks in the afternoon. Breakfast consists of: a gourmet hot entrée, homemade breads, muffins or cinnamon rolls. Or, if you prefer a breakfast on the lighter side, we offer: cereal or our outstanding homemade granola, fruit and yogurt. Our special blend of coffee is always ready early, along with tea and juice. Evening meals are served by reservation only.

Fax machine and Internet services are available.

Many great local attractions are within minutes of the ranch, such as the Air Force Academy, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, and the Manitou Cliff Dwellings.
