Avenue Hotel, A Victoran B&B is a wonderful 7-room historic turn-of-the-century Queen Ann in the heart of Manitou Springs Historical District. All of our rooms have a private bathroom, most with claw foot tub and shower. There is a Jacuzzi in the back garden and spa services are available. A delicious breakfast is served daily. Many restaurants, shops and art galleries are within walking distance. Built in 1886, Avenue Hotel, A Victoran B&B has served as a Hotel, a boarding house, apartment building, a lodge, and private residence. In 1984, the Gray's converted it to Manitou's First Bed and Breakfast. Rates range from $79 to $145 a night and include a delicious breakfast. |

Avenue Hotel, A Victoran B&B is located in the Colorado Rocky Mountain foothill region of Pikes Peak, Home of Pikes Peak Cog Railway and Pikes Peak Highway, just 4 miles west of Colorado Springs Colorado.
Manitou Springs is a wonderful artistic culturally diverse community rich in Indian culture. It has been called the Saratoga of the west and there is so much to do: Hiking, Biking, Pikes Peak Cog Rail, Pikes Peak Hwy. Cave of the Winds, ancient Cliff Dwellings, 7 Falls, Air Force Academy and one of the Innkeeper's favorites, Garden Of The Gods, just to mention a few.
