Granddads Homestead Ranch

The Bunk House - The Bunk House was where the hired hands slept and is decorated "Cowboy Style." You will find two full sized beds, table and chairs,and a hide a bed couch and a bathroom with shower.

Both bunk houses have their own front porch where you can sit and enjoy the beautiful Colorado sun rises and sun sets each day.

The Homestead House - In the Homestead House, there are 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. This part of the house was moved in after the original house was built. One bedroom was Granddad's and Grandma's and the other was Aunt Louise's.

• Here at Granddads Homestead you will find our rates to be very competitive. Our season runs from June 1-October 1. We offer many options and feel that you will find one to meet your individual needs.
• The prices are listed per person and include plenty of good home cooked grub, snacks, warm bed, hot showers, ranch activities, arrowhead hunting, birding and tax. We do not serve alcohol, however you can bring your own. All of our accommodations are for non-smoking patrons. Smoking is permitted in designated outside areas ONLY!
• Housekeeping/Cleaning: Your bunk house will be cleaned thoroughly before you check in. We will not be cleaning your cabin during your stay, however let us know if you would like clean towels, bedding or your trash to be removed. We will be happy to take care of that for you.
• Payment Policy: At the time of booking, a deposit of 50% is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due the day you arrive at Granddads Homestead Ranch. Bookings made less that 45 days prior to arrival date must be accompanied by full payment. We accept Travelers Check or Cashiers Check.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations received 30 days or more in advance of your arrival date will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be given for cancellations less that 30 days notice prior to a confirmed arrival date. In situations where reservations must be cancelled, we encourage you to reschedule your visit, rather than cancel.
• Your Safety: At Granddads Homestead Ranch, your safety is always top priority. When you arrive we will assess your riding level. This is strictly for your safety. In doing so, you will be provided with an experience in which you will surely enjoy. Every horse and rider will develop a sense of security and enjoyment which comes from developing a bond between the two of you.
• NOTICE: When you ride at Granddads Homestead Ranch, you agree, in advance, to abide by all decisions made by personnel with regard to safety concerns. You also understand that participating in activities which involve animals come with inherit risks. You will be riding at your own risk.
