Introduction

The Edwards House, an elegant house of neo-classical design, was built in 1904. This gorgeous home is located in a quiet residential area of town within walking distance to City Park, the historic Old Town shopping and restaurant district, and the Colorado State University campus. The authentic trolley car line running in front of the house connects Old Town and City Park.

Check-out: 12 noon.
No Smoking. No pets.
A deposit of one night's lodging or 50% of total amount on stays of three or more days is required on all advance reservations.

There is no charge for cancellations made up to two weeks prior to the reservation.
