Eastholme in the Rockies

Eastholme in the Rockies Bed and Breakfast is an 1885 Victorian Inn located near Pikes Peak just west of Colorado Springs and Manitou Springs. Come and experience the mountain views and the natural beauty of Pikes Peak for the ideal backdrop for the perfect Colorado Mountain Wedding. The Inn's refined elegance of days past captures the ambiance and character of Eastholme.

The Inn can accommodate groups up to 30-40 guests outdoors in our beautiful wedding gazebo with mountain views as your backdrop. Indoors for groups of up to 25 guests can be accommodated in our elegant victorian parlor by the fireplace. Wedding ceremonies held at Eastholme include traditional, casual, victorian, renaissance and native american. An onsite wedding designer is available to help plan your special day. Marriage Licenses for Colorado

Couples may marry after receiving their marriage license, there is no waiting period in Colorado. Both parties must apply in person (or one party may apply by affidavit). You will need social security numbers and photo ID's. The cost of license is ten dollars. If you need additional information, please call the County Clerk's office:

The Ultimate Wedding package is designed for an intimate setting of 30-40 guests for an outdoor wedding and accommodations for up to 26 guests in the Inn. Indoor weddings can accommodate up to 25 guests comfortably. The contract price for the Ultimate Wedding & Honeymoon package includes the following:

• Exclusive use of the grounds for two days including 12:00 noon check-out
• Use of our six bedrooms in the main house and two honeymoon cottages for two nights, accommodating up to 26 people
• Full gourmet breakfast each morning for all B&B guests
• Wedding Site
• Reception Site
• Guest Kitchen
• Outdoor Barbeque Grill
• Free Parking
• Free Wireless Internet
• $2400 for two night stay during low season (Nov 1 - April 30th)
  
• $2800 for two night stay during high season (May 1 - Oct 31st)

Payment Schedule: A deposit of 50% of all costs is due and payable upon receipt of the signed contract by Eastholme in the Rockies Bed and Breakfast, which guarantees your date. The remaining 50% is due and payable 90 days before the event.

Security Deposit: A refundable security deposit of $250 is collected at time of check-in on the first day of the event. Security deposit is refunded within 10 days of check out if there are no damages and the facility has been left in good condition.

Cancellation Policy: The 50% deposit is non-refundable should the event be cancelled at any time for any reason. Cancellation ninety (90) days or less from the first day of the scheduled stay will result in forfeiture of the remaining 50% fees plus taxes.

The Intimate Wedding package is perfect for a small gathering of family and close friends for an intimate wedding ceremony indoors in the formal parlor by the fireplace or outdoors in the wedding gazebo. Designed for 10 or less people, the package includes a honeymoon in one of our romantic honeymoon cottages, complete with fireplace and Jacuzzi tub.

The contract price for the Intimate Wedding & Honeymoon package is $950 and includes the following:

• Wedding Officiate & Ceremony with Music
• Bride & Groom and up to ten guests
• Two Night Stay in one of our honeymoon cottages (Primrose Cottage or Columbine Cottage) or the Marriott Hewlett Bridal Suite
• Wedding Site – Gazebo or Parlor for one hour between 1:00 pm and 3:00 pm
• Bouquet and Boutonniere
• One Tier Wedding Cake (Serves up to 12)
• Private Gourmet Dinner for Two by candlelight for the newlyweds
• Full Gourmet Breakfast in room

In-room massage for two - $160
A highly skilled and licensed Massage Therapist can be arranged for a two hour massage in the privacy of your room. Traditional Swedish massage, deep tissue, prenatal and post-natal. The Bride and Groom each enjoy a 60 minute massage.

Private Gourmet Dinner for Two - $100
Six course gourmet dinner prepared by an awarding chef and served in the privacy of your room for the bride and groom.
