Guest Rooms & Suites Rates are based on double occupancy and include our 3-course gourmet breakfast served the next morning in the main house dining room. Breakfast can be served in your room for an additional $12.50 per person per day. Policies

Check In: 4 - 6 pm; Check Out: 11 am.
A deposit of 50% of your total reservation is required within 7 days of reservation.
Balance with 4.9% tax is due upon arrival or hold with a credit card.
If cancellation is made before 7 days of the arrival date, there will be a 10% fee of the total reservation, and deposits will be refunded (less the 10% fee).
Cancellations occurring within 7 days are subject to a 50% fee of the total reservation.
Cancellations within the last 24 hours are subject to a 100% fee.
These two fees are not charged if the innkeeper can re-book the room.
We are a Tobacco-Free establishment. Smoking is permitted outside.
