• An advance deposit of one night's stay is required at the time of booking. If cancellation occurs two weeks prior to your arrival date, a full deposit, less $15 cancellation fee, will be refunded. If cancellation occurs within two weeks of your arrival date, a gift certificate will be issued in the amount of the deposit, minus $15 cancellation fee.
• Group bookings may require larger deposit
• Peak Season Weekends may require 2-night minimum
• Smoking is permitted outside
• We cannot accommodate guest pets. There are two dogs and a cat on the property.
• Children 6 and over are welcome. If entire B&B booked by one group, children of any age permitted.
• Consumption of alcohol is permitted.
• Check-in: 4:00 - 6:00 pm. Check-out: 11:00 am.
• Ample off-street parking.
