Day 1: Your Colorado adventure begins in the southwestern suite of your choice where a truly one of a kind Colorado gift basket awaits your arrival. This unique basket features some of the finest gourmet goodies and snacks produced in the state of Colorado for you to enjoy throughout your stay at the inn.
Day 2: White Water Rafting on the Arkansas River followed by a Horseback Ride (or) Train Tour at Royal Gorge.
Day 3: Journey to the Summit of Pikes Peak on the Historic Cog Rail Train. Last but not least...following your excursion to the summit of "America's Mountain" you'll be pampered with a luxurious couples massage at a nearby local day spa with licensed massage therapists. Day One: Awaiting your arrival in the southwestern suite of your choice is the perfect outdoor adventure gift basket. This basket comes fully loaded with assorted gourmet goodies such as decadent chocolates, cheese and specialty crackers, assorted snacks and sparkling cider along with a unique picnic tote, blanket and champagne glasses to keep as mementos of your stay.
Day Two: Begin your day with a full gourmet breakfast at the inn. Next an excursion on the Pikes Peak Cog Railway awaits, the world's highest Cog Wheel Route ascending 9 miles to the 14,115 foot summit of Pikes Peak, "America's Mountain".
Day Three: Following another memorable breakfast, enjoy one of the most scenic train rides in the world, the historic Royal Gorge Route Railroad. This breathtaking journey travels 24 miles through the 1,000 foot deep Royal Gorge alongside the whitewater rapids of the Arkansas River. Consider upgrading this coach train ride to a Gourmet Lunch or Wine Express train excursion for an additional fee.
Day Four: After breakfast at the inn, a Colorado Gold Country exploration is next on your itinerary. The Cripple Creek and Victor Narrow Gauge Railroad reveals scenic wonders around every curve as this century old steam locomotive transports you back to the gold mining days of Cripple Creek and Victor, Colorado. A scenic auto tour is also incorporated into this day's itinerary.
Package price is only $319.00 per couple plus room rate and tax. Upgrade the sparkling cider to a bottle of wine or champagne with a custom label for an additional fee.
