Cranberry Orange Nut Bread

Ingredients:
3 c flour
1 1/4 c cane sugar
2 1/4 t baking powder
1 1/2 t salt
3/4 t baking soda
1 c cranberries, chopped
1/2 c walnuts, chopped Zest of 1 orange
2 eggs
1 c orange juice
3 T canola oil
1 t vanilla
Instructions:
Sift flour with sugar, baking powder, salt and baking soda.
Gently fold in cranberries, walnuts and orange zest.
Beat eggs and then combine with orange juice, oil and vanilla.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring until slightly moistened.
Bake Cranberry Orange Nut Bread at 350 for 40 minutes.
