Nearest Airports
- Denver International Airport (DIA) is approximately 2 hours travel time (1.5 hours in good traffic). Exit the airport, travel EAST on Interstate 70 to the Colorado 470 toll road. Colorado 470 will take you SOUTH around the east side of Denver to Interstate 25. Take Interstate 25 SOUTH and follow the directions under the heading "From the North via Interstate 25."
- Colorado Springs Municipal Airport is approximately 20 minutes away by car. Exit the airport and look for the intersection with US Highway 24. Turn left onto US 24 and follow the directions under the heading "From the East via US Highway 24."
Directions
From the North via Interstate Highway 25
- Approach via I-25 southbound to Exit 145 (Fillmore Street); take off-ramp to stoplight.
- Turn right (west) on Fillmore Street.
- Follow Fillmore for approximately 3 miles westerly over the hogback. Fillmore will change to Fontanero Street, and you will travel through many stoplights, but you will encounter only one STOPSIGN.
- Turn left (south) at the stopsign onto 31st Street.
- Turn right (west) at the first stoplight, Colorado Avenue.
- Travel west on Colorado Avenue approximately 1 ½ miles. Colorado Avenue will turn into Manitou Avenue at the city limits. When you travel under US Highway 24, go through two more stoplights, then keep an eye out on the left for a 7-11 store, followed on the right by the Manitou Springs Chamber of Commerce, followed immediately on the right by our sign on a free-standing, three-story-high gothic arch painted like a Colorado blue sky.
- Turn right just after you pass our arch. Cross small bridge, drive beyond the first building on the right, and our B&B buildings will be visible to your right.
- Park in the parking area. Our office is through the leftmost door in Building #2, the center B&B building farthest back from the parking lot. By the Office door and in front of the large concrete building you passed on the way in are courtesy phones that will automatically connect you to an innkeeper.
From the South via Interstate Highway 25
- Approach via I-25 northbound to Exit 141, US Highway 24 West (Cimarron Street) off-ramp to stoplight.
- Turn left onto US Highway 24 West.
- Travel west on US Highway 24 for approximately 4 miles through the 8th Street, 21st Street, 26th Street and 31st street stoplights to the first Manitou Springs exit - the Manitou Avenue Exit.
- Turn right onto the off-ramp of the Manitou Avenue Exit which will loop you around to a stoplight on Manitou Avenue.
- Turn right (west) onto Manitou Avenue.
