Business Travelers

Blue Skies Inn offers a refuge for business travelers who are tired of the same sterile motel environment that often must be endured for weeks at a time. Our Bed & Breakfast features the most modern conveniences and easy access to downtown Colorado Springs, without the mind-numbing sameness that plagues motels, "residence inns" and hotels that cater to a business clientele.

We appreciate that business travelers often need to make a late check-in, and we will make special arrangement for late night arrivals. Weary travelers who do check in late will be delighted to discover that our giant outdoor hot tub is open 24 hours a day.

We also understand that business travelers often have to leave early. Blue Skies Inn offers business travelers the option of an early breakfast (7:30 AM -- even earlier for large groups) or having a breakfast of fresh-baked muffins, cereal, juice and milk delivered to their suite the night before.

Each suite at Blue Skies B&B is not only fully wired to accommodate all your communication needs, but uniquely decorated and designed to provide a delightful home-away-from home. All of our suites are approximately 450 square feet in area and have a large table or desk close to our en suite telephone and data port. Our large suites have many extra chairs, making them perfect for strategy and brainstorming sessions with your colleagues.

Our suites offer a variety of other amenities of special interest to the business traveler:

Telephone (local calls free)
Second Data-port Phone Line so you can be on-line and on the telephone at the same time. Our inn's switchboard rotates outgoing calls between eight phone lines which means that you'll always be able to dial out.
Surge Protectors available in the rooms
Alarm clock
Coffee/Tea/Cocoa service in your room
Refrigerator
Microwave Oven
Hair Dryer
Iron & Ironing Board in your suite
Television and VCR with cable TV service
Library of Videos (over 600 titles) available free of charge

In addition, Blue Skies Inn provides our business travelers with the use of a FAX machine, a copier, and a loaner laptop PC so our business guests will be able to check their e-mail. These services are provided free of charge, though guests will be expected to reimburse us for the cost of long-distance faxes and large copying jobs. Business rates are available for single occupancy, Monday through Thursday.
