| The staff prepares breakfast in the Mineshaft Kitchen. It's called that because we've used lumber from the local gold mine shafts as counter tops. While we attempt to prepare foods for all diets and restrictions some people must live with, be assured there will be plenty to eat. Start your day with the fabulous BlackBearManor blend of coffee... dark and rich. Then enjoy fresh fruit and juices, and an array which may include fabulous breads, exotic baked french toasts, pancakes, Governor's prepared eggs, breakfast meats, potatoes, and surprises, none of which are rationed, may carry you through the day till dinner in one of the local fine restaurants. The menu will vary day to day, just to keep you guessing! If you do go hiking, let us arrange a brown bag lunch from our friends at the local bakery to carry along. If ordered the day before, you can grab them as early as 7 AM, for your time outside on the mountains. |
