• Our rates for the suite are $90 to $130 per night.
• A deposit equal to one night's room rate, or 50% of the entire stay's rate, whichever is greater, is due when making the reservation and the remainder is due on arrival.
• Cancellations less than 7 days in advance of the reserved dates will be refunded only if the room is rebooked for the same reserved dates, less $15 handling charge.
• No Pets.
• NO Smoking is permitted indoors and because we live in a high fire-risk area, it is only permitted in designated areas outdoors.
