Located on three acres with 400 feet of riverfront, our guests can experience the sights, sounds, and natural beauty of a peaceful, mountain retreat. After purchasing the property in late 1999, we undertook an extensive two-year renovation and remodeling project that we feel has resulted in unbeatable country bed & breakfast accommodations for your perfect Colorado getaway.

Celebrate your special day with a romantic South Fork, Colorado mountain wedding at the Arbor House Inn Bed & Breakfast on the River. Ceremonies can be held either indoors in the welcoming ambiance of the fireplace in our guest common area or outdoors at the log arbor by the river in the shadows of massive stone cliffs. Weddings at the Arbor House Inn can range from an intimate ceremony for two if you choose to elope in Colorado to a more elaborate affair for a gathering of your favorite guests. Our Colorado wedding packages always include an evening in the beautiful Lovin’ Oven honeymoon suite and a full gourmet breakfast delivered to your guestroom the following morning.

We have several elopement packages from which to choose (tax not included):

Just the Two of Us (Basic Elopement)
Package includes choice of setting, minister, music, photograph CD, one evening in the Lovin’ Oven honeymoon suite, and breakfast served in your room the following morning. $550

Just the Two of Us — Plus (Upgrade Elopement)
Package includes choice of setting, minister, music, photograph CD, bride’s bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, small wedding cake, bottle of chilled champagne, dinner certificate at one of South Fork’s fine restaurants, one night in the Lovin’ Oven honeymoon suite for the wedding couple, and breakfast served in your room the following morning. $700

Share the Love (Elopement with Guests)
Package includes choice of setting, minister, music, photograph CD, bride’s bouquet, groom’s boutonniere, wedding cake, chilled champagne, one night in the Lovin’ Oven honeymoon suite for the wedding couple, and breakfast served in your room the following morning. Limited number of guests included at ceremony and reception. Wedding guests may book guestrooms separately. $800 (two – eight guests)

  • Small, informal weddings with up to 24 guests can be held indoors.
  • Weddings with a larger number of guests can be held outdoors in our warmer months — depending upon the weather.
  • For weddings other than elopements, the entire inn will be reserved for you and your guests, and a two-night minimum is required.
  • Site fee varies depending on number of guests.
  • Rental equipment, supplies, additional vendors, help, and tax are extra.
  • Please call us with your specific requirements.
