The AppleLodge Bed & Breakfast

The AppleLodge Bed and Breakfast and Group Lodge is your destination hub for all sorts of Colorado style recreation. Stay in the B&B and enjoy the peaceful quiet and the mountain views with some Southern hospitality...or...go out and enjoy the splendor and majesty of God's creation to your hearts desire in Southern Colorado. The Bed and Breakfast is great for a single, couples, or a family. The Group Lodge can accommodate a youth group, hunters, or a family reunion. With more outdoor recreation than you can imagine and several restaurants and plenty of shopping nearby you'll want to return year after year.

A full two course country breakfast is included in the rate and served in the dining room. The dining room has a large picture window warmed by the morning sun with a beautiful view of the San Juan Mountains. Enjoy your AppleLodge breakfast while watching the birds and chipmunks eat too. Typical breakfasts might start with Roasted Apples followed by an omelet, stuffed French Toast, or Pineapple Quiche with bacon, sausage, hash browns, juice and coffee.

We offer Four Bedrooms in the Bed & Breakfast. All have separate themes and are all named after, you guessed it, different kinds of apples. Sorry, the AppleLodge is not fully handicap accessible.

This ground floor room has easy access to the fireplace room. With a queen size bed (w/ electric massage for weary travelers), private hallway bathroom with claw foot tub, TV/VCR, comfy reading chair and lamp it is just right for solo travelers or a couple. (2 persons max.)

This second floor room has a queen size bed and two loft twin beds, a sitting area, private bath with tub/shower, its own mountain view and access to a refrigerator, microwave, and the balcony. With a roll-a-way bed it can sleep up to 5 persons maximum. The perfect family get-away! (children 12 and under free, $10 charge for Roll-Away-Bed for 5th guest) This room can be adjoining with the Red Delicious Room to provide room for up to 7.

This second floor room has a king size bed, easy chairs, a private bathroom, TV/VCR, a mountain view and access to a refrigerator, microwave, and a balcony. Great as a honeymoon/anniversary get-away. Enjoy a jetted tub for two in the elegant private bathroom. It can be adjoining with the McIntosh Room to provide room for up to 8. (children 12 and under free, $10 charge for Roll-Away-Bed for 3rd guest) (3 persons max.)

This bedroom is a ground floor suite with a king size bed and a sitting area w/ a recliner and a rocker. It has a private entrance, view of Del Norte Peak, TV/DVD/VCR, and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Super for a couple wanting extra space or a family of 3. This room can be adjoining with the Granny Smith Room with a roll-a-way to provide pillows for up to 5. (Children 12 and under free, $10 charge for Roll-Away-Bed for 3rd guest) (3 persons max.) (Requires two week prior reservation and four night minimum.)

This dormitory/camp style lodge if perfect for your family reunion, youth group, or space for a large family. The common areas include a kitchen, a sitting room, bathrooms, and meeting/game room. The two bunk rooms sleep 10 guests each for a flat rate of $339/night (up to 20 guests). It's an additional $15/ guest per night for 21-25 persons. Guests must bring bedrolls and towels and meals are not provided. (Call for off season rates for fewer people.)

• Nightly room rates in the Lodge range from $89 to $129 (based on two guests per room)
• Family and group rates in the Bushel House are $339/night for the entire lodge (based on 20 guests)
• Please note that bookings are subject to Sales/Lodging Tax of 7.40 % not included in the daily rate.
• Check-in time is 4 - 8 PM. Check-out time is 11 AM. Breakfast times are 7, 8 or 9 AM and decided at check-in.
