- RATES are for double occupancy and include our complimentary full breakfast. Sales and lodging tax are not included in quoted rates. Rates are subject to change.
- PAYMENT may be made by cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover Card. Your credit card deposit is processed at the time of booking.
- Reservation Policy:
- A deposit equal to 50% of you stay is required to confirm a reservation. For 1 night only, full payment in advance is required. Any balance is due upon arrival.
- Full payment is expected when making reservations within 14 days of expected arrival.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, regardless of actual arrival or departure.
- Cancellation Policy:
- There is a $20 handling fee for all cancellations.
- Your deposit will be returned, minus the $20 cancellation fee, provided we are notified at least 14 days before your scheduled arrival date.
- We will return your deposit, minus the $20 cancellation fee, with less than 14 days notice, if we are able to re-book your room.
