Introduction
Located in historic Olde Town Steamboat Springs, Colorado, the Alpine Rose offers the hospitality of a family Bed and Breakfast and all the comforts and conveniences that make for a special and unique mountain vacation.
This elegant three story contemporary home is within walking distance (5 blocks North East) of downtown with its excellent dining, shopping and hot springs pool and two miles from a world class ski resort. Elegantly decorated in warm, soft tones, the comfortable living room upstairs and the cozy "hearth room" downstairs offer two separate congenial areas in which guests can relax and mingle or watch digital and cable TV.
The five guest rooms are located on the bottom and main floors and are each unique in their decor. The Bed and Breakfast itself offers such amenities as fireplaces, telephones, fax, email and copy services, ceiling fans, and snuggly robes in each closet. A gourmet breakfast is served each morning in our sunny dining room. Enjoy the redwood deck with gorgeous mountain views and a relaxing Hot Tub overlooking the Strawberry Park and the star-studded Colorado night sky.
Rates & Policies:
Off Season Rates range from $105 - $165; On Season Rates range from $125 - $175; Business Rate is $95.
Rates are based on double occupancy.
The Alpine Rose B & B is a nonsmoking establishment and does not take pets.
We welcome families but reserve the right to refuse children under the age of six.
Some discounts for weekday stays may apply as well as discounted rates for longer term visits.
To guarantee your reservation at the Steamboat Springs B and B, a deposit equal to 50% of the reservation total is due 14 days after the reservation is made.
In the case where reservations are made for a booking with less than 14 days advance time, we reserve the right to charge a deposit of 50% of the total to a credit card in order to hold the reservation.
In the case of a no show, we reserve the right to charge the entire amount to a customer's credit card.
Your final payment is due at time of arrival.
We request that payments be made with a personal or bank check, however, your Visa and MasterCard are accepted. Cash is always appreciated as well.
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival will receive a refund of all moneys less a $25 cancellation fee.
