    • Adobe Inn Bed & Breakfast offers a unique experience for the discriminating traveler.
    Three rooms and two suites provide a delightful range of styles and amenities.

    The Inn is owned and operated by the Knox family, owners of Casa del Sol Restaurant.

    The Knoxes commissioned acclaimed artist Carmen Velarde of Taos, New Mexico, to do the interior adobe fireplaces and the arches and walls that encircle the exterior of their inn.

    The entire inn is truly a work of art!

    The Mexican-tiled solarium is a comfortable retreat where you can browse through the library or just drowse on cool evenings before the Indian fireplace. The solarium opens onto a patio where you can relax in the shade of an apple tree and admire the blue birds and columbines.

    Buena Vista, a charming and historic town in the heart of the Arkansas Valley, surrounded by majestic mountain ranges, is ideally situated for a great variety of summer and winter sports:

    Boating · Snowmobiling · White-water Rafting · Swimming (hot springs) · Golf

    The Knoxes have traveled extensively in Mexico, and have developed a fine assortment of Mexican recipes for their gourmet restaurant, Casa del Sol. Their latest mouth-watering creation, shrimp casa del sol, features broiled shrimp stuffed with crushed mild red chiles, garlic and butter. Other favorites include crab seafood enchilada and rum butter nut cake that is heated and served with whipped cream. The inn and restaurant are connected by a beautiful fountain courtyard. The Adobe Inn guests receive preferential treatment at the restaurant as well as a complimentary choice of our desserts or a thirst quenching margarita made with orange liqueur.
