  • Freshly Brewed Coffee and Tea, Fresh Juices. We also offer a choice of herbal teas such as mint or basil which are picked fresh from our garden.
  • Fluffy French Toast, Our Signature Banana Pancakes, Farm Fresh Eggs, Crisp Bacon and Home Baked Ham, Cheese and Mushroom Omelettes
  • Fresh Salads made from locally grown vegetables, Caribbean specialty of Salted Codfish and Fried Ripe Plantains.
  • Homemade Breads, Cornbread and even Johnny Cakes, Homemade Jams and Jellies.

During your stay with us, we can also help you to have lots of fun and relaxation.

Transportation: We provide transportation to and from the airport or ferry terminal for our guests on their arrival and departure. As well we help them make the arrangements for their car rental, taxi service or other transportation services of their choice.

Sightseeing And Other Activities: We love pointing our guests in the right direction to make sure they experience the best of their St. Kitts vacation! Some of these include:
  • Atlantic and Caribbean beaches in Frigate Bay and the South East Peninsula
  • Basseterre, the historic capital city
  • Many sporting activities such as: golf, tennis, windsurfing, scuba diving, snorkeling, mountain biking, deep sea fishing,

Dining: There are many great restaurants throughout the island of St. Kitts. We'll be happy to recommend the places that you're in the mood for. As well, there are so many interesting local bars and eating huts all along the beaches!

Spa Services: At Rock Haven Bed & Breakfast we do not operate a Spa; however, we do have the most expert Masseuse on the island as our neighbor. Just a walk across and there you are having the finest spa experience you could hope for. Besides, we could arrange for Nina to come over to do a massage for you at the Bed & Breakfast.

St. Kitts is served by non-stop flights from the US, Canada and London. As well, connecting flights are
available from other international destinations. We recommend that, in addition to consulting with your
