Three Bedroom Sleeps 8 Our 3 bedroom/3 bathroom units are very large, approximately 2000 sq.feet. It features 5 walk out balconies with fabulous views of the ocean. Step up Jacuzzi in Master Bathroom.

Policies
  • We require a one night deposit on all accommodations reserved, including tax.
  • You will receive a transaction receipt and an email confirmation will follow.
  • Full payment due 30 days prior to check in.
  • In the event you need to cancel, for cancellations less than two weeks from date of arrival your deposit will be NON-REFUNDABLE and you will be charged for the balance of your reservations.
  • In the event you have not notified us of a cancellation or you do not show the total amount for your accommodations reserved will be charged to the credit card you provided.
  • 21 day cancellation notice required for Christmas/New Years/Easter Weeks.
  • Taxes of 6% are not included in the rates quoted.
