Coral Cove Villa: (six bedrooms) The Turtle Beach Rooms (six bedrooms) The main house consists of four levels. The lower level contains a full kitchen with all custom cedar cabinetry and tiled countertops, a foyer with an island bar with a tiled top and a coral base, and a large veranda for dining. A sitting room just off the veranda houses a stereo system, a flat screen television, a collection of books, and arts and crafts from local artisans. 1. The Sea Grape and 2. Queen Conch: Separate accommodations on the second level, they are fronted by a large covered verandah. Both are cool and spacious with high ceilings, polished hardwood floors, cedar wardrobes and cabinetry. The baths are custom, blending coral, mosaic tile, and cedar. Accommodates 2 with room to spare, a single bed can be added. Sea Grape Rate: $289 double occupancy per night. Extra person $120 per night. Queen Conch Rate: $289.00 double occupancy per night. Extra persons $120 per night. Accommodates 2, plus a loft. 3. The Momma Beach A large two room suite on the second level that opens out on to a round verandah, overlooking the beach and cove. Two sets of six foot French doors are laid open letting in the sights and sounds of the Caribbean Sea. Accommodates 4, two singles can be added. Rate: $289 double occupancy per night. Extra persons $120 per night. 4. The Doctor Bird is perched high atop the villa and is a favorite for newlyweds, reached by way of a cedar spiral staircase. The bi-level accommodations of the Doctor Bird include the third level of the villa, which is home to the Hummingbird, an intimate, fully contained bar with a bird’s eye view of the Caribbean Sea. Accommodates 2 (honeymoon suite). Rate: $314 double occupancy per night. 5. The Tower Suite is a truly private oasis with the largest private veranda on the Coral Cove Estate. It has wonderful views of the mountains and sea from both the shower and veranda areas. It has 16ft high cathedral ceilings, a king size bed, hardwood guango floors, a large open air-shower with custom coral designs. It is the largest one-bedroom at Coral Cove and one of our newest additions to the Coral Cove Villa. Appointments include a table and chairs, a large closet, cd player, and min-fridge. Accommodates 2-4. Rate: $314 double occupancy per night, a double bed can be added. Extra persons $120 per night. 6. The Manager’s Quarters or the “Guango Room” is a large bedroom with a king size bed, custom hardwood floors, and wood siding, in addition to a large coral shower. It has a view of the sea. Appointments include a table and chairs and cd player. Must be booked with prior notice. Accommodates 2-4. Rate: $289 double occupancy per night, a double bed can be added. Extra persons $120 per night. 7. The Ackee Tree Cottage (2 bedrooms) is a stand alone two-bedroom cottage ideal for a family of four. Walk in-shower, living area, and hardwood floors with a veranda overlooking the gardens of Coral Cove. Accommodates 2-4. Rate: $372 per triple & $482 per quad occupancy per night. Extra persons $120 per night. 8. The Marlin is a spacious second level room. Designed with high ceilings, fans polished hardwood floors, and louvered windows that wrap the east and south side. A pair of French doors open to the wide verandah that sets directly above the sea. The custom bathroom includes a spacious shower built with stone and ceramic tile that is open to the blue afternoon sky or to the light of a silver moon. Accommodates 2 persons. Rate: $289 double occupancy per night. Extra person $120 per night. 9. The Sailfish is a galley room on the second level with a spacious, artisan built custom bath. Appointed with a king size bed or two extra-long twins, hardwood floors, ceiling fan, a cedar wardrobe, table and wicker chairs. French doors open wide to the verandah. This room has AC, radio, and a CD player. Accommodates 2 persons. Rate: $289 double occupancy per night. 10. The Bonita is designed and appointed very similar to the Sailfish. Accommodates 2. Rate: $289 double occupancy per night. 11. The Dolphin is the twin to the Marlin. Located on the west end of the second level also facing the sea and just a staircase away from a wonderful, seagrape shaded hammock area. Accommodates 2. Rate: $289 double occupancy per night. Extra person $120 per night. 12. Starlight & 13. Starbright: A spiral staircase leads to French doors and cedar louvers that open wide to the sea. Hardwood floors from the native Guango tree, walls of cedar and stone with ceiling fans, cool cedar roofs, custom baths, wet bars, and CD systems compliment these spacious suites. Starlight - Accommodates 2 (honeymoon suite). Rate: Accommodates 2 (honeymoon suite) $314 double occupancy per night. Starbright - Accommodates 2 (honeymoon suite). Rate: $314 double occupancy per night. 14. The Treetop Cottage (2 Rooms): A very private second level unit with a custom bath that includes a large coral & tile, open to the sky couples shower. 16 ft. ceilings, and custom bay windows as well as a large walk-in cedar closet. The cottage has double ceiling fans; the room has AC, floors of Jamaican hardwood and beautiful ceramic tile. The Treetop includes a private balcony ideal for romantic, candlelit dinners and great sunset views Accommodates 2 (honeymoon suite). Rate: $314 double occupancy per night. Extra person $120 per night. 15. The Treetop Lower: A very private first level unit with a walk-in shower, this room has AC, private patio, appointed with a king size- bed, no stairs to climb; handicapped accessible, close proximity to beach & bar and a beautiful view of the ocean. Rate: $289 per night. Inclusions: Included in the daily room rate are the generous breakfasts, lunch and appetizers during the day, as well as the romantic candlelight dinners. All refreshments including fresh juices, bottled water, sodas, premium beers, wine and liquors as well as fruit smoothies and other tropical drinks, all on a 24 hour basis. Use of Coral Cove bicycles, snorkeling gear and instruction, beach towels and all on-site amenities.
