    Policies & Information

    • Minimum two night stay on weekends during high season.
    • Check-in 3 p.m. - 5 p.m. Alternate time can be arranged with host.
    • Check-out 11 a.m.
    • All rates based on double occupancy, extra person charge $15 - $30.
    • Family rates: Flat rate for all three rooms with minimum 2 night stay (must be booked directly with host).
    • We accept Cash, Travelers Cheques, Visa & Mastercard.
    • Cancellation policy: Within 14 days of arrival - $50.00 cancellation fee per room, within 7 days of arrival - full room rate apply unless we are able to rebook your room.

    We serve a full breakfast in the dining room: coffee/tea, fresh seasonal fruits, yogurt, juices and a hot egg entree with toasts, homemade muffins, jams and cereals and lots more.
