If someone has never been to your city, what is the #1 reason to come visit?

Fantastic location right on River Road, 1/2 mile from Falls. Mary was great: flexible with check-in times and breakfast times; super friendly; good recommendations for the area; good cook for full spread breakfast. The rooms are well-designed for comfort and efficiency: in-room bathroom (shower), queen bed, wireless internet, new paint/trim/fixtures/bedstuffs. Immaculately clean. Within walking distance of everything, but up the road far enough that the nightlife noise doesn't reach.
