Cancellation Policy
- Standard bookings (one or two rooms): 7 days prior to 11.00 AM on the due date of arrival. Cancellations made with less than 7 days notice will be charged for one nights accommodation. You must receive your cancellation code from Marketas before your cancellation will take effect. One nights accommodation will still be charged if you cannot provide your cancellation code.
- Group bookings (when booking more than two rooms): 14 days prior to 11.00 AM on the due date of arrival. Cancellations made with less than 14 days notice will be charged for one nights accommodation. You must receive your cancellation code from Marketas before your cancellation will take effect. One nights accommodation will still be charged if you cannot provide your cancellation code.
Marketa's Edwardian heritage house bed and breakfast is very popular, and as it is within a few minutes of Victoria's lively inner harbour, great shopping and many great attractions such as Madame Tussauds, the Royal BC Museum and Crystal Gardens it gets booked up quickly throughout the year.
So, to secure your booking we ask that reservations are held with a Visa or MasterCard. The rates posted on this page are for double occupancy. Federal and provincial taxes are not included.
